AC was out for three straight days of me reaching out to our rental company and Big Country was our 45 mins after we got in contact! They were quick and amazing and I can’t recommend them enough
Our heat wasnt working for a little over two weeks. We had a company come and check it out. They spent about to hours and couldn’t figure out what was wrong. Then we tried Big Country Mechanical. He was here less than an hour and had it up an running. He even gave me an explanation of what happened. I highly recommend Big Country Mechanical for you HVAC needs. Very polite and knowledgeable individuals.

Absolutely recommend, 10 stars!! We recently moved into a new house and had trouble with our hot water heater immediately. I went through about 30 phone calls with a lot of people who just couldn’t or wouldn’t help. Finally, Al from Big Country Mechanical got the referral and instantly we had open lines of communication and were being assisted! He came right out to look at everything, assessed our problem and had an entire new water heater installed the next day. Not to mention, the install took him maybe an hour at most, talk about efficiency! I would recommend them for any job you need!!
