Absolutely recommend, 10 stars!! We recently moved into a new house and had trouble with our hot water heater immediately. I went through about 30 phone calls with a lot of people who just couldn’t or wouldn’t help. Finally, Al from Big Country Mechanical got the referral and instantly we had open lines of communication and were being assisted! He came right out to look at everything, assessed our problem and had an entire new water heater installed the next day.
